October 13, 2014. ZETKAMA signed the investment agreements with TECHMADEX S.A. company and its key shareholders. As a results of the transaction, the rules for obtaining direct control by ZETKAMA of the capital of TECHMADEX have been set, constituting approx. 51.62% of the share capital.
