On May 10, 2022, a meeting of the Book Discussion Club for the ZETKAMA Management Team was held. Club members discussed David Marquet’s book “Turn The Ship Around”. The author is a former commander of a submarine who, after leaving the army, became a business consultant in leadership. The book presents the mechanisms needed to implement a management method consistent with the leader-leader model.
Club members were inspired to change their working methods and believed that it was possible to change the course.
