On 22 June 2017 two companies of the Mangata Holding Group were merged – ZETKAMA Sp. z o.o. based in Ścinawka Średnia (the acquiring company) with ARMAK S.A. based in Sosnowiec (the company being acquired). As a result of the merger the assets of ARMAK S.A. were transferred to ZETKAMA Sp. z o.o., which continues the activity of the acquired company. Since the merger, ZETKAMA Sp. z o.o. manufactures valves and castings in two locations – in Ścinawka Średnia
and in Sosnowiec.
